What kinds of organizations does TREKZ work with?
We work with sports federations, media companies, and brand partners — organisations that own audience access and IP, and want to turn that into scalable, bookable revenue. If you control access assets and want to commercialise them without building the infrastructure yourself, TREKZ is built for you.
How does the revenue model work?
TREKZ operates on a pure revenue share model. We cover all production costs upfront — you earn a percentage of every booking made through your branded experience program.
Do we need to invest anything upfront?
No. TREKZ covers all setup, production, and logistics costs. Your organization has zero financial risk from day one.
What does TREKZ actually handle end-to-end?
Everything — from concept and branding to booking technology, partner coordination, customer care, and post-event reporting. You focus on your audience; we handle the rest.
How long does it take to launch a program?
Typically 6–8 weeks from first briefing to live bookings. We start with a pilot to prove the model before scaling.
Can we start with a pilot before committing long-term?
Yes. Every TREKZ engagement begins with a structured pilot phase — we prove the commercial model, refine the experience product, and demonstrate real revenue before scaling. There's no long-term commitment until you've seen the results.
Who owns the customer data and the brand experience?
You do. All experiences are fully co-branded under your organization's identity, and you retain ownership of all customer relationships and data.
Is there a cost to join TREKZ?
No. There are no upfront costs for you as a partner. We only make money when you do — through successful bookings.
